TourPora guide · Updated September 2026
01
TourPora provides marketplace, communication, booking-record, payment-orchestration, and support services. The named operator supplies the travel service unless the booking record states otherwise.
02
Users must provide accurate information, protect login credentials, and avoid unauthorized, fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
03
A request does not create a confirmed booking. Confirmation occurs after the operator accepts the request or the traveler accepts a valid custom quote and the operator confirms service availability.
04
The confirmed booking record controls the currency, total, deposit, discount, payment schedule, and included services. Provider processing times and fees follow the selected payment route.
05
Tour-specific terms, supplier costs, permit rules, and confirmed booking conditions govern changes and cancellation values.
06
Users must not upload unlawful, misleading, infringing, harmful, malicious, or privacy-violating material.
07
Travel involves operational and external risks. Applicable law and the final booking agreement determine responsibility for supplier performance, disruptions, loss, injury, or delay.
08
The booking record, accepted quote, tour terms, operator terms, refund policy, and privacy policy form part of the relevant agreement.
Adapt this starter policy to TourPora’s registered entity, operating countries, payment flow, consumer rules, insurance position, tax duties, and legal counsel advice before public launch.
