TourPora guide · Updated September 2026
Check rooms, permits, guides, transport, dates, deposit and cancellation terms. TourPora records the agreed currency, total and commission on the booking.
Hosted provider checkout or approved bank instructions appear only for confirmed bookings. Provider callbacks or finance matching update payment records. Do not request card details in messages.
A payout requires cleared funds, a verified settlement account, applicable delay, and an available operator balance. Refunds and disputes affect the payable amount.
The operator workspace shows booking references, payment entries, commission, adjustments and settlement status. Raise discrepancies before a batch closes.
The default TourPora commission is 15% of the confirmed booking total unless a signed agreement records a different rate.
Stripe, PoraPay and bank transfer depend on deployment, merchant approval, supported markets and provider status. An integration-ready route is not a promise of live processing.
A cancellation or service change enters the booking case process. Separate finance approval applies before any eligible refund or payout adjustment.
Update settlement information in the operator workspace. Do not send bank credentials, card numbers or verification codes through traveler chat.
